DENVER, CO—With their highest ranking to date, Anthology Senior Living has landed a spot on American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA)’s Top 50, the definitive annual ranking of the nation’s largest 50 seniors housing real estate owners and operators. Anthology ranked #39 on the owners list, with 40 properties and 4,890 total units.
The vertically-integrated senior living owner, developer and operator is rapidly expanding across the United States and has recently begun their sixth senior housing development, all within the past 12 months.
Anthology Senior Living feels that developing senior living options is not only about construction and design, but also about bringing people together and establishing a real sense of community, connection and friendship. Just this year, Anthology expanded its brand across the country, developing Anthology communities for even more seniors to enjoy. They’ve made it their mission to provide a unique senior living experience that provides seniors with the best in hospitality and care, so that they can live their story in a beautiful, meaningful way.
Anthology has several new senior housing developments in the pipeline and plans to expand their geological footprint to four new states: Florida, Massachusetts, Oregon and Washington. By the close of 2023, Anthology will have added six new communities to its portfolio, all offering a combination of independent living, assisted living and memory care options.
Anthology is continuing a legacy of quality, while providing housing and health support services to seniors around the country. As they continue to develop communities, they’re drawing from their roots, while building new concepts and designs for the future in senior living. They believe that their residents deserve the best, and their mission is to provide the best quality lifestyle in senior housing.
