Justin WraySenior Vice President Operations
Justin Wray is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Pegasus Senior Living where he oversees Operations, Clinical, as well as Sales and Marketing efforts.
Justin comes to Pegasus with an extensive background in senior living, including executive-level roles in both the sales and operations fields. Most recently, Justin was Vice President of Operations and Marketing of a senior living organization that manages 100+ communities across 13 states.
Justin has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, is an Assisted Living Administrator under the Texas Health and Human Services and is RCFE-certified. Justin lives in Dallas with his wife and four children.
Lisa is the Founder, President and CEO of Mosaic Design Studio, an award winning, global commercial design, project management and procurement company with a mission to “Improve Quality of Life by Design.” Lisa has the ability to take the complex and make it simple, as well as repeatable.
Combining her business savvy with her wide-ranging creativity has brought Lisa into the publishing world. Her newest book, Hive: The Simple Guide to Multigenerational Living—How Our Family Makes It Work is Lisa’s personal account of how her family has designed a home in which four generations live together and lead productive, happy and healthy lives, even as the eldest member of the family struggles with Alzheimer’s/Dementia. Lisa is regarded as the leading Alzheimer’s and long-term care design expert in the nation and has been recognized for her contributions in the field. Though appreciative of the recognition for her work, Lisa is most gratified by helping people who are struggling with Alzheimer’s find ways to cope as individuals, as families, and as communities.
Mr. Parsa Famili is the President of Cognistat, a company founded in 2008 (www.cognistat.com ) and developed a rapid, reliable and affordable cognitive screening and assessment test with leading edge technology to identify cognitive impairments associated with various neurological or psychological conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Concussion, Traumatic Brain Injury, and other neurodegenerative disorders.
With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Famili activity shares his knowledge with industry and has published numerous articles and chapters in various scientific books and journals. Mr. Famili is an International speaker on scientific discoveries and advanced technologies in healthcare.
He is also a passionate advocate for the elderly community , raising awareness on mental disorders and is presently the president of Hope for Dementia(www.hopefordementia.org ) a charity with chapters in Canada, USA and India who aims to raise awareness on mental disorders and the stigma associated with mental health.
Severine PetrasCEO & Co-Founder
Before entering operations in Senior Housing, Sevy ‘s investment banking career spans a decade of lending and structuring debt solutions for senior housing and health care. She began her career in Public Finance at Natcity Investments in Cleveland Ohio and later relocated to Chicago as an SVP for 53rd Securities. She joined Merrill Lynch Capital to focus solely on balance sheet lending in Senior Housing. After the collapse of the economy in 2009, she and her family changed their career directions as they saw a larger need in the affordable and publicly-funded sector, as the growing demands in senior housing lacked private pay funds. They set out to build a platform that focused on providing an alternative long-term care solution to those on Medicaid programs throughout the US. She translated her banking experience to focus on identifying viable properties, producing lenders and investors pro-forms and budgets that proved out turn around plans as well as assisting in securing and structuring debt for the properties in geographic areas that support alternatives to private pay assisted living.
Priority Life Care’s currently owns and third party manages Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Their focus and expertise have been on buildings that require significant turnaround that includes licensing, rehab, additions of specialty care units and census growth. As a family-owned and operated business, she, her family and management team have worked to create a family-centric model that permeates to the building level.
Sevy, as CEO, is also charged with leading the company in pursuit of its purpose to Support Independence. She strives to empower and inspire her Management team as well as Community level employees to be mindful of the importance of their roles serving their residents in their homes daily.

Tammy KaminskiVP, Construction & Development
Ms. Kaminski was recently promoted to Vice President of Construction from Director of Project Management and Construction. Her primary responsibility is planning and overseeing the construction of each new community from start to finish, as well as expansion projects and remodeling projects.
Ms. Kaminski has more than 20 years of diverse experience across all levels and segments of construction, having worked and managed extensive projects large and small. Her accomplishments as a project engineer and manager include production in the commercial, educational, governmental, recreational, and retail shopping center industries. She holds a Class “A” Florida General Contractors License, and a LEED AP credential from the U.S. Green Building Council, affirming her advanced knowledge in “green” building.
Ms. Kaminski graduated from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., in 1994 where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture with a sub-concentration in Construction Management.
