Anna is an engagement expert with over 20 years of experience inventing, deploying and managing programs, technologies and services aimed at improving older adults’ quality of life, through all levels of care, in senior living communities. She’s passionate about advancing the ability of communities to deliver personalized experiences for residents and fulfilling careers for employees. Prior to her role as Chief Purpose Officer at Connected Living, Anna held a divisional leadership role at Brookdale, where she supported engagement professionals throughout all of the CCRC campuses. Anna partnered with divisional and corporate operations and sales leaders to develop and implement new methods to increase NPS and reduce controllable move-outs. She also invented iPad tech engagement programs for long-term and short-term residents at Brookdale’s skilled nursing facilities. In her role at Connected Living, Anna bridges technology with engagement, culture and wellness.
