BLOOMFIELD, NJ—Juniper Communities, a leading provider of senior living communities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristin Fogle as national director, people. Fogle is a seasoned human resources professional, and the majority of her career has been in health care and senior living. Previously, Fogle was chief people officer for Milestone Retirement Communities and Elegance Living.
“COVID has taken a substantial toll on employment in health care, especially the senior living industry. We already were facing challenges with recruiting and retaining staff before the pandemic, but things have become especially challenging in the past three years. This is why it is so important to look at how we can be different and come up with new ideas to attract and keep good people,” said Fogle.
In her role, Fogle will be involved with leadership and workforce development, associate relations and change management, and she will be a culture champion. “It’s vital for me, as a leader, to feel I am contributing to something that makes a positive impact in the lives of others,” she said. “Juniper is known for its amazing culture, and I feel fortunate to join Juniper in making the world a better place for our residents by leading our teams with compassion and facilitating empowerment among our associates.”
