LIVINGSTON, NJ—The Livingston, NJ community came out to support the ribbon cutting of the brand-new Spring Hills Livingston, part of the new Spring Hills Opulence Collection. Mayor Michael Vieira and Deputy Mayor Al Anthony helped Alexander Markowits, president/CEO of Spring Hills, and one of the founding residents, Joyce Farinella, cut the official ribbon. At the celebration, attendees enjoyed listening to Al Sapienza and Donna Deborah Rennard sing a favorite song from Phantom of the Opera. They also had fun talking to Sapienza about his days as Mikey Palmice on The Sopranos. A champagne toast, delicious appetizers and tours of the new Opulence Collection community had everyone who attended in awe!
